Miami Spice 2015: Full List of the 181 Participating Restaurants

On August 1, Miami Spice returns with the offer of prix-fixe lunches and dinners at some of our finest restaurants at the reduced price of $23 for lunch and $39 for dinner. The offer, which runs from August 1 through September 30, is designed to encourage both tourists and locals to explore new restaurants with some value deals. The promotion also helps many restaurants get through Miami's summer slump, where restaurant attendance drops off as tourist dollars are spent in cooler climates.

The official 2015 Miami Spice website will launch on Wednesday, July 1, listing all restaurants, their participation days, and sample menus. In total, 181 restaurants will participate in 2015, up from 174 last year. 

Notable new restaurants joining Miami Spice this year include Tom Colicchio's Beachcraft, Cena by Michy, Cleo, Corsair by Scott Conant, Coya, El Cielo, Fooq's, Izzy's Fish & Oyster, Klima Restaurant & Bar, Marion, Market at Edition, Morimoto, Piripi, Prime Fish, Quality Meats, the Redlander Restaurant at Schnebly Winery, Seagrape, the Social Club, Soho Bay, StripSteak by Michael Mina, Tantalize Miami, Tamarina, Vagabond Restaurant and Bar, Via Verdi Cucina Rustica, and Vintro Kitchen & Bar.

If you want to get a taste of the best participating restaurants, check out New Times' Iron Fork, the official Miami Spice kickoff event presented by the Miami Downtown Development Authority on Thursday, July 30, at the Hyatt Regency Miami/James L. Knight Center. You'll be able to get a first bite of dozens of Miami's best restaurants, so you can make a list of which places you absolutely have to visit during Spice. 

If you haven't purchased tickets, now's the time before a July 1 price increase.

Advance purchase, general-admission tickets are available through June 30 and cost $45. The price climbs to $50 July 1 through July 29 and increases to $65 at the door (while supplies last). GA tickets allow entry to Iron Fork from 7 to 10 p.m. and include unlimited samplings of food from dozens of Miami's finest establishments. VIPs get into Iron Fork at 6 p.m. for an extra hour of fun and have access to the exclusive VIP lounge. Advance-purchase VIP tickets cost $75 through June 30; regular-priced VIP tickets are $85 July 1 through July 29; and VIP tickets at the door cost $100 (while supplies last).
