Executive chef Miguel Aguilar teamed up with head brewer Luis G. Brignoni to create a tasting dinner, with each course designed around one of Wynwood Brewing's different beers. Chef Aguilar said that working with the beers was a pleasure, and that he enjoyed the challenge of finding the perfect dish to compliment each beer.

Chef Aguilar said that the restaurant would carry the brewery's La Rubia blond ale on tap permanently, with Wynwood IPA, Pop's Porter, and Stiglitz available for a limited time.

When you think of it, a Wynwood/Wynwood pairing makes such good sense. Let's hope there are more in the future.

Shrimp ceviche with roasted tomatoes, red onion, scallion, and corn nuts is paired with La Rubia Blonde Ale.

Chicken merguez sausage with caramelized onions and potato salad is paired with Wynwood IPA.

Grilled skirt steak with corn and black bean salsa and ancho bell pepper couli is paired with Stiglitz Imperial Marzen.

Coffee flan with cafe con leche whipped cream is paired with Pop's Porter.
