Miami moviegoers will experience the next generation in entertainment when Paragon Theaters launches in June at CocoWalk in Coconut Grove. The complex will feature a 1,500-seat luxury movie theater with reserved stadium seating, the only Sony 4K high-definition digital projection in Miami, three 3-D screens, valet parking, deluxe concessions, and full bar service. The debut of Paragon Theaters is June 4, a tie-in with the premiere of the much-hyped chick flick Sex and the City 2. Phase two of the entertainment complex includes an upscale bowling alley, a private screening room, and a lounge called U Bar.

Paragon Theaters is helmed by the team behind Muvico. Execs intend for this project to be their flagship entertainment complex, with a state-of-the-art facility and unique content. They are building similar theaters in Chicago and Virginia.

Short Order is excited about being able to order cocktails while watching Sex and the City 2. Cosmo, anyone?
