Today is National Caviar Day, and to celebrate, try making your own gourmet iteration at home. For the holiday, the Bazaar's José Andrés shares his personal and easy-to-follow recipe for you and friends to hash out together.

The Redbury's Cleo offers the "Cleo Experience," a $45 prix fixe available daily. The Dutch's summer barbecue series returns as well, featuring Lure Fish Bar's John Latrellis. End the week with a visit to Michael Mina's new summertime pop-up, Pizza & Burger, inside the Fontainebleau.
Make Your Own Caviar for National Caviar Day at the Bazaar at SLS South Beach
Chef José Andrés’ strays from the traditional when serving caviar at the Bazaar inside the SLS South Beach. Instead, he adds flavor with Latin flair with his popular "Jose's Taco.” To create the dish, he places caviar atop slices of jamón ibérico and adds a bit of microchervil. Guests roll the jamón around the caviar to create an easy-to-eat "taco" treat.
The Cleo Experience at the Redbury
The Mediterranean eatery has launched the “Cleo Experience," a tasting menu available through July 31. Every day, enjoy a four-course menu priced at $45 per person, or pair your meal with wine for $59. The menu includes dips, salads, vegetables, meats, seafood, and a chef's-choice dessert. Summer Barbecue Series at the Dutch
For the fifth year in a row, the Dutch is hosting its weekly Wednesday-night barbecue series in July. Chef de cuisine Adonay Tafur teams up with a rotating roster of guest chefs to craft a specially themed barbecue feast served family-style, which also features sweet treats by pastry chef Josh Gripper. Tickets to the weekly barbecue series cost $40 per person. This week, Lure Fishbar's John Latrellis will host an evening of Mediterranean grilling. For more information, visit thedutchmiami.com. Michael Mina's summertime pop-up, Pizza & Burger, is now open inside Michael Mina 74. Find craft burgers, specialty pizzas, family-style salads, wings, cocktails, and other delectables. There are summer-inspired desserts too, including ice-cream sandwiches and sundaes.
