Miami-Dade Commissioner Carlos Gimenez's troubled kid, Julio Francisco Gimenez, was arrested after a bar brawl this past Saturday. Actually, he's not even a kid -- he's a 31-year-old man.

Gimenez was at the Sports Exchange, a bar in Coral Gables, watching college football when he got into a heated argument with two other patrons. He allegedly head-butted the guy (!!) and threw a glass of beer at him (!!!). He then grabbed a guy by the neck (!!!!).

Gimenez was apparently hit in the head by a beer bottle.

The fight went down at 7:45 p.m., which would have put it right near the conclusion of the Florida-Alabama game.

He's been charged with disorderly intoxication and aggravated battery, but is out on $8,000 bail.

This isn't the first time the younger Gimenez has been in trouble. He was arrested on a number of charges in 2006, some of them drug related, but surprise, surprise, the Commish's kids charges were dropped.

At this rate, knowing this town, he'll follow his Old Man's footsteps to the dias in no time.
