This weekend, you can soak up good music and plenty of debauchery with some of Miami’s most bizarre and colorful characters. And the best part: no admission fee.
Hosted by the one and only Notorious Nastie at Kill Your Idol, tonight's Bermuda Beach show will feature performances by the self-proclaimed prince of the Bermuda Triangle himself, Otto Von Schirach, as well as sets by Lamebot, Triangle Bass, Gucci Meng, and Master Feathers. Besides the music, you will be able to enjoy some pretty killer promotions on drinks: $5 Skyy Vodka, $3 PBR all night, and half off everything during happy hour from 8 to 10 p.m.
Beware: If you are looking for a fancy place with cocktails that require more than three ingredients and DJs playing Top 40 hits, you will feel a little out of place at Bermuda Beach. But if you are willing to let loose while celebrating Miami music in all its glorious weirdness, then prepare for some bass.
Bermuda Beach. With Otto Von Schirach, Lamebot, Master Feathers, and more. 10 p.m. Friday, May 20, at Kill Your Idol; 305-672-1852; facebook.com/killyouridolmiami. Admission is free.
