Airport Hotel the Scene of a Possible Murder

Miami-Dade Police found a young Hialeah man dead this morning outside of the Days Inn Miami International Airport Hotel. He was identified at 3:30 a.m. as 21-year-old Raudel Sanchez. Miami-Dade Police found a young Hialeah man dead this morning outside of the Days Inn Miami International Airport Hotel. He was identified at 3:30 a.m. as 21-year-old Raudel Sanchez.

The noisy, hotel is located on NW 11th Street on the southwest side of the airport. Not much is yet known about Sanchez. Records show he has no criminal history in Miami-Dade or Broward. He has only one dismissed infraction for fishing on a bridge.

Managers at Days Inn did not immediately return calls seeking comment. Homicide detectives are now investigating. Contact Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS with information.

Update: Witnesses say he was shot at Club Mystique, which shares the the same address as the hotel. Police found him dead outside the club.
