If he hasn't already made plans to build himself a giant geodesic disco dome atop the Fontainebleau Hotel, Swedish House Mafia member Steve Angello's top priority in 2011 should be purchasing a prime SoBe condo.

Ever since he and fellow Mafia-men Axwell and Sebastian Ingrosso headlined the main stage at last March's Ultra Music Festival, it seems as though Angello's become a full-time MIA resident. In the last 70 days alone, the Stockholm-bred, Los Angeles-based DJ has booked three local gigs — one for Halloween's Masquerade Motel in midtown Miami, another over at Space near the end of November, and now this new year's day danceathon at LIV.

So if you haven't already blown the full party fund, go drop some scratch — $125 — to spend January 1 with Steve at the Fontainebleau's most luxuriant lair. But don't worry if you have to sit this one out... He'll be back. In fact, just a couple months from today, Angello, and the other two-thirds of Swedish House Mafia, will land at a currently undisclosed Ultra week location for the second Miami edition of Masquerade Motel.

And so we'll say it again: Angello is here way too often to keep wasting stacks of cash at luxury hotels. Property investment would be the money-smart move.
