Anthony Cesario, a former player for the Miami Dolphins and Jacksonville Jaguars, has died at the young age of 34 after suffering what appears to be a heart attack. Cesario died Saturday in Saratoga Springs, Colorado, while the former offensive guard was hosting a hunting party.

"It's ironic he died of a heart attack. He had the biggest heart of anyone I ever knew," his former NFL agent Pete Schaffer told The Denver Post

Cesario had heart issues for some time, and recently had a pacemaker installed and had slimmed down from his 310 lbs playing weight.

Cesario played college ball at Colorado State where he was a three-year starter and an All-American. He was drafted by the Jaguars in the third round in the '99 draft.

Cesario signed with the Dolphins practice squad in 2001, and was promoted to the active roster as the Dolphins headed towards the playoffs. He was waived before the 2002 season and retired from the NFL.
