Forgo last night's leftovers or a boring salad, because Novecento Brickell has launched an all-new lunch special. For $15, take away a two-course lunch including plates such as empanadas, penne pasta in pink sauce, and ceviche con tostones.

For dinner, head to Sweet Liberty for Michelle Bernstein's famed fried chicken, now available through September 30 on the restaurant's Miami Spice menu. Scarpetta will host a curated wine seminar Tuesday evening, and Meat Market's Chef's Table returns Thursday,  bringing Japanese omakase-style dining to the modern South Beach steakhouse.
Early-Bird Takeout Lunch Special at Novecento Brickell
Monday through Friday during lunchtime, grab takeout at Novecento Brickell for $15. The two-course lunch menu, available from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., includes an appetizer and an entrée. The only catch is customers must order their meal through either the restaurant's app, website, or Facebook. Appetizer choices include empanadas, soup, and mixed greens; and entrées include a chicken caesar wrap, a caprese sandwich, penne pasta in pink sauce, and ceviche con tostones. For more information, visit novecento.com or call 305-403-0900.
Michy’s Fried Chicken at Sweet Liberty
Michelle Bernstein’s famed fried chicken is back for the summer. Get your fix at Sweet Liberty on the restaurant's Miami Spice menu through September 30. Bernstein's chicken is marinated in buttermilk, fresh tarragon, Dijon mustard, celery seed, and black pepper overnight and then fried to perfection upon order, making it crisp, tasty, and extremely craveable, which explains why it makes an appearance nearly every year. Snag your meal any day of the week during dinnertime.  A Little Italy at Scarpetta
Tuesday nights, spend the early evening at Scarpetta, where the Italian restaurant features a curated Italian wine seminar. Beginning at 6 p.m., expect to sample vintages from Italy’s best-loved wine regions. Tickets cost $25 per person. The weekly event runs through Tuesday, September 6. For more information, visit fontainebleau.com/summer or call 800-548-8886.
Chef's Table Dinner Series at Meat Market
This Thursday at 8 p.m., Meat Market's Chef's Table returns, bringing Japanese omakase-style dining to the modern South Beach steakhouse. Expect a multicourse selection of inventive dishes featuring fresh and local ingredients. Curated by executive chef/co-owner Sean Brasel, the meal costs $85 per person; add an optional wine pairing for an additional $35 per person. Dinner is limited to 16 seats, which will be adjacent to the kitchen, giving diners a behind-the-scenes look at the action of Meat Market's kitchen. Reservations are required. Call 305-532-0088.
