The NFL season hasn't even begun yet, and the Dolphins are already embarrassing themselves on the field. Defensive end Kendall Langford lost a 2.5 caret diamond earring (honey, those must be fierce) and had about nine fellow Fins searching the ground for the bling.
If only the Fins would work so hard in finding a Super Bowl ring.
Don't worry Langford, Chad Ochocinco is here to help.
Here's an excerpt from the AP, and not, as we wish, The Onion:
Defensive end Kendall Langford said he forgot to take his earrings off before practice and lost one during drills. He said the diamond was nearly 2.5 carats, which is why he was still on the field an hour after practice scanning the grass. As has been the case every single season since 1973 the Dolphins search for bling was unfruitful, but Ochocinco has a solution:
At least nine teammates helped. Some were on hands and knees, and a couple used rakes to comb through the turf. They had a lot of ground to cover, because the Dolphins practice on two fields.
If only they sold Super Bowl rings at Claire's.
