Nine-Year-Old Girl Told Not to Eat Candy on School Bus Tells Police: "I Will F***ing Kill You!"
A nine-year-old Florida girls loves candy almost as much as she hates police: a lot.
What started as a request by the girl's school bus driver to stop eating candy on the bus ended with the girl getting pepper-sprayed and charged with four felonies.
The incident occurred over in Fort Myers on Monday according to The Smoking Gun. The girl, who isn't named due to her age, was riding home and eating candy, presumably a Halloween treat, when her bus driver asked her to stop eating the candy.
That's when the girl lost control. She would not be told when and where to eat her sugar, thank you very much.
She threatened to hit other kids and spit at the bus driver. She then got off the bus, picked up a piece of asphalt, and flung it at the bus. That's when police arrived. She told the officer, "Fuck you! Fuck you! Shut the fuck up. I will fuckin' kill you."
The officer followed her as she walked into a yard and continued to yell, "Get the fuck out of here. I am going to hurt you."
That's when she picked up an aluminum patio chair and threw it at the officer. The officer attempted to restrain her, and the girl bit the officer while yelling more obscenities.
The officer did not include the fact he pepper sprayed the girl in his report. The girl's mother claims that he did according to ABC News.
The mother also says that the girl suffers from schizophrenia, and can become uncontrollable when she's not on her medication.
Regardless, the girl has been charged with four felonies: battery on a public school employee, resisting arrest with violence, battery on a law enforcement officer, and throwing a deadly missile into an occupied vehicle.
