Yes, it's so Miami, and it might be one of the most fun activations this year.
The new campaign, called "the Cadillac of Reservations," brings a rare chance to enjoy a multi-course meal from Cote, the Michelin-starred Korean steakhouse in the Design District, without ever stepping foot inside. Instead, you'll take your seat in the second row of a fully electric, Cadillac Escalade IQ, where a private driver will pull up curbside to Cote and a server will deliver a Korean-inspired picnic straight to your seat.

But for just five seatings per evening on June 20 and 21, Cote's signature dishes will be reimagined in bento-style picnic boxes served to guests in the back of Cadillac’s flagship electric SUV.

Massages, a Faux Fireplace, and Steak
Yes, there are fold-out tray tables. Yes, there's massage functionality in the chairs. Yes, there's even a faux fireplace flickering on the in-seat screens. And no, you don’t have to pay a cent. This experience is entirely free.Cote is one of Miami's most notoriously hard-to-book restaurants, known for its high-end beef, clubby dining room, and precise, theatrical tableside grill service. But for just five seatings per evening on June 20 and 21, Cote's signature dishes will be reimagined in bento-style picnic boxes served to guests in the back of Cadillac’s flagship electric SUV.
Getting in will require fast fingers. Reservations go live on June 16 at 10 a.m. for Thursday, June 20, here and June 17 at 10 a.m. for Friday, June 21 here. It's first come, first served — no waitlist, no VIP access.

Meats like dry-aged ribeye cap, A5 Japanese wagyu, filet mignon, and Cote's marinated galbi short rib are on the menu

What's On The Menu
The menu is playful but unmistakably Cote: the "steak and eggs" arrives as filet mignon tartare topped with caviar, served with thick slices of buttery milk toast. There's a bulgogi kimbap, prime ribeye rolled with egg and vegetables in toasted seaweed, and the centerpiece butcher's bowl, a luxe lineup of dry-aged ribeye cap, A5 Japanese wagyu, filet mignon, and Cote's marinated galbi short rib.Dessert is a custom soft serve with strawberry crunch. While alcohol is not available in the car, the experience includes a mocktail pairing and the option to head to the restaurant bar afterward.

What It's Like From a New Times' Writer Who Experienced It
The setting leans fully into the fantasy: red-and-white picnic cloth, ambient music, and enough cushioned comfort to make you forget you're dining in a driveway. And while Miami certainly doesn't need the warmth of a digital fireplace in June, the glowing screens add a tongue-in-cheek touch to an already surreal setup. The campaign is rolling out in other cities, Cote New York, for one, but the Miami edition feels particularly on-brand: opulent, playful, and just exclusive enough to spark a booking frenzy this week.
