This past weekend we set back the clock one hour. This coming weekend, we’re setting the clock back even farther … to 1969, a time when hippies chanted “make love, not war,” traded love beads and ate street food. Let’s put it this way, hippies were the OWS of their time.

Short Order feels the love, so we’re giving you Foodstock: One Night of Peas and Music this Saturday, November 12, in Wynwood.

Starting at 6 p.m., shop for vintage clothing and crafts at the Style Market Miami, presented by City Style Collective, enjoy live music, and eat from 30 of Miami’s best food trucks.

A DJ will spin tunes to get you in the mood, and at 8 p.m., get your

groove on to live music by Nil Lara and former Manchild lead singer

Demetrius Brown.

Foodstock coincides with Second Saturday Art Walk, so visit

some galleries and get your culture fix (and free wine) while you’re
