It's not exactly "soul food," but Mr. Good Stuff's food is certainly chow that feeds the soul. This brand new truck made its debut at Street Food Fridays at the Adrienne Arsht Center last week to long lines and satisfied customers.

Mr. Good Stuff serves up lunas, a a Venezuelan corn meal arepa folded like a taco and stuffed with brisket, chicken salad, Asian pulled pork and coconut curry. Angus hot dogs, fried green plantains and Cajun sweet potato waffle fries are also on the menu.

"The menu features slow meat. We slow cook everything," food truck partner Alfredo Montero told Short Order.

Partners Montero and Julio Garcia plan to roll out Mr. Good Stuff to hospitals at lunchtime and join other trucks at round ups in the evening. You can also follow the truck's whereabouts via Facebook.

The truck was decorated by Lebo, making it the first truck decorated by a local artist. Mr. Good Stuff makes a fresh new addition to the Miami food truck scene.
