How much do the keys to your own private key in the Florida Keys cost? They're just $95 million. The sellers of Pumpkin Key, a small island in Card Sound off the coast of northern Key Largo, have cut their original asking price by $15 million. That makes it a bargain, right?

Pumpkin Key went on the market in 2014 for $110 million. It was one of the most expensive new residential listings put on the American market that year and the most expensive in Florida. (It has since been eclipsed by an insane $159 million listing in Broward County.) Apparently, no one was willing to pay the price, so it's been discounted, according to Curbed

So what does $95 million get you?

Well, it snags you a whole lot of island, for starters. The land totals 26 acres, and most of that it remains undeveloped. So it's the perfect place for either someone who really enjoys his privacy or someone looking to divvy up the land and sell it to some ritzy future neighbors. The sellers also humbly suggest turning the island into its own private club.

The existing home isn't particularly special. It's just 2,942 square feet, with three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms.
The outside amenities are pretty swank, though. You get your own private 20-slip marina, which can also handle one megayacht. Toward the center of the island are tennis courts that can also pull double duty as a helicopter pad. In fact, the only form of luxury vehicles not accommodated on the island are sports cars, but you can trick out a golf cart if you want. The key has its own cart paths that cut through the vegetation.

You also get to enjoy the amenities of the nearby private Ocean Reef Club. Located on the main part of Key Largo, the club is just a boat ride away from the private island. The club features its own airstrip for private jets, a full-service spa and salon, restaurants, shopping, championship golf courses, a gourmet grocery store, medical centers, and tennis courts.

The listing points out the island is just an hour drive from Miami International Airport and a ten-minute helicopter ride to South Beach.
