77. Raspberry Flatcakes at Morgans
Though the thought of pancakes can kind of bring the sensation of a ton of bricks to the stomach, the notion of flatcakes at Morgans ($10), drenched in raspberry coulis and topped with creamy butter, makes a belly sound like a grumble of need and want. The combination of the tart fruit, salty butter, sweet maple syrup, and light texture of the flatcakes is a brunch yes! This comfort food is one of the restaurant's signature dishes that people go crazy over. The berries are green, not in color, but in that they are all grown in-state. Be warned, though -- this delicious breakfast treat is served only on weekends from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Brave the lines -- those flatcakes will be the best thing you'll have eaten all week.
