The girls of Jersey Shore came through Miami like a wrecking crew hell bent on bitch slapping anything that got in their way. They left a pile of beaten and bruised bitches and bros lying on the floor in their wake of tanning gels and hair sprays.
Unfortunately this is not an action movie* but a reality show. As Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola already found out you can not just beat people up as you please and expect to get off with out some legal warning. No a woman who allegedly was attacked by Snooki and JWwow is suiting both cast mates, MTV and their parent company Viacom.
Gawker has the suit, which actually lists Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and Jenni "JWoww" Farley, nick names and all, as defendants.

The girl were out on May 6 at Tantra Lounge off Española Way (which is where it was previously reported Snooki and the Situation hooked up, so for general health reasons we recommend staying away) where they came across a Chicago tourist named Carrie Malec.
The suit claims Snooki and JWoww confronted Malec and "initiated an assault, battered, and physically abused [Malec], causing bodily injury and severe emotional distress."
Malec's suit is asking for at least $75,000 and court costs as well as demanding that the incident not be included in the upcoming season.
*How awesome would a bad ass action film staring a five foot guidiette with a poof be though?
