Gawker put out a “Nude supermodel photo scandal lawsuit alert!” earlier. It seems an international super model has filed an anonymous suit against Egotastic.com and Splash photo agency for taking snapshots of an anonymous babe while she was sunbathing completely nude in the backyard of her Miami home.
The suit offered clues to the model’s identity, but didn’t name names. Commenters have pin- pointed Mexican born model Elsa Benitez, who lives here and was the subject of some unflattering, unauthorized nude portraiture last month. The original post from Egotastic removed the pictures, but gee I seem to remember that my favorite crowed-sourced gossip blog also made a post with the pictures, and a few of them are still up.

Benitez has appeared on the covers of dozens of international fashion magazines and was on the cover of the 2001 swimsuit edition of Sports Illustrated. She is also the ex-wife of former Miami Heat player Rony Seikaly. Haha, like anyone didn't click the link and is still reading this.
