Swift's tour began more than a year and a half ago, in March 2023, and impressed fans and critics with its high production value and career-spanning setlist. Clocking in at three hours — and sometimes up to three-and-a-half hours — the show is a tireless sprint through nearly all of Swift's prolific discography. The concert's stadium setting, coupled with its elaborate set design, make it nearly impossible to veer from the carefully choreographed run of show. But Swift has managed to keep fans guessing throughout the tour, with surprises ranging from album announcements to deep-cut acoustic sets and even a total setlist revamp. So, which songs can fans expect to hear when Swift's Eras Tour comes to Miami? Here's everything you need to know.

Has Taylor Swift ever changed the Eras Tour setlist?
Swift first tweaked the setlist two weeks into the Eras Tour when she swapped Folklore's "Invisible String" for "The 1." Fans would later speculate the change was a subtle nod to her breakup with longtime boyfriend Joe Alwyn, which was announced the following month.Another change came the night of the release of Speak Now (Taylor's Version) when Swift added the fan tribute song "Long Live" to the setlist. The song was only a temporary addition, as were "Nothing New" and "No Body, No Crime," which Swift performed with openers Phoebe Bridgers and Haim, respectively.
The most significant setlist change came in May 2024, on the first night of the European leg of the tour in France. Three weeks after the release of her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department, Swift overhauled the show to include her new era. She nixed "The Archer" from the Lover section, merged the Folklore and Evermore sets, and made room for Tortured Poets. In London, during the final show of the European leg, she added a full-production performance of "Florida!!!" with collaborator Florence Welch. Of note for Miami fans: The setlist revamp came after a two-month break in the tour. The Miami shows also happen after a two-month Eras Tour break.

Which surprise songs can we expect during the acoustic set in Miami?
The biggest surprises during the Eras Tour happen during the acoustic sets. Swift has always valued maintaining the element of surprise on her tours, no matter how massive they are. As she's done on previous tours, Swift integrated a set of acoustic deep cuts into the Eras Tour setlist.Early in the tour, she vowed not to repeat songs to keep each show unique. Fans tracked the songs on social media, with some even creating brackets to place bets on the songs that remained in play. She made exceptions when she messed up a surprise song, such as "Death by a Thousand Cuts," which got a couple of do-overs due to its tongue-twisting bridge. After a while, she eased up on the "no repeats" rule, saying she'd make an exception for cuts from Midnights, her latest album at the time. In February of this year, she scrapped the "no repeats" rule altogether, but she still surprised fans by beginning a new tradition of performing medleys during the acoustic set, pairing songs with similar melodies, compositions, or themes.
Although she debuted the song in London with Florence Welch, it's all but guaranteed she'll play "Florida!!!" during one of her acoustic sets in Miami, most likely on night one. Another song she might consider because of its Florida ties is "End Game," her this-shouldn't-work-but-it-somehow-does collaboration with Ed Sheeran and Future. Part of the Reputation track's music video was shot in Miami.
Given the forthcoming physical release of The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology next month, it's also a safe bet Swift will want to promote the songs on the extended version of her latest album. Fan favorite "The Black Dog" would appease Miami Swifties, as would "The Bolter," an Anthology standout about a woman who's eager to leave before she gets left, or "The Manuscript," a thinly veiled recounting of Swift's cathartic experience making her All Too Well short film.
Which surprise songs should she play during the acoustic set?
Swift's fans know some of her most heartwrenching work is often left on the cutting room floor. It's a bizarre phenomenon that many of her most beloved songs don't make the final cut of her records but are instead released as bonus tracks. Among these are "Right Where You Left Me" and "It's Time to Go," both Evermore bonus tracks, as well as Midnights' bonus tracks "Would've, Could've, Should've" and "Hits Different." All of these would break SwifTok for the duration of the weekend. If I may be so bold, Taylor, if you're reading this, here's my wishlist:
- "Ivy": You're playing one of the most adulterous cities in America. Please play your most gorgeous song about cheating.
- "Fifteen": Singing "Back then I swore I was gonna marry him someday/But I realized some bigger dreams of mine" as you kick off the final leg of the most successful tour of all time would be a massive flex, even if you are now dating the proverbial boy on the football team.
- "Superstar": You're the biggest superstar in the world right now. Flex on 'em with this one.
- "Ours": We deserve one more Speak Now track.
- "Begin Again": This is the last time the Eras Tour will get to begin again.
- "It's Time to Go," "Would've, Could've, Should've," or "Hits Different": Your bonus songs are your best songs.
- "Right Where You Left Me": Get weird with it. Bring out the banjo. Even better, merge the song with "Mean." Banjo medley!
