Miami Top Chef contestant Andrea Curto-Randazzo has taken to YouTube to vent some frustrations (you hear that, Padma!), give her fellow reality stars some shout-outs and throw out the word "cock." The Talula and Water Club chef's "I'm Just Sayin' " video rant is funny and attitudinal, as she holds court with a glass of red wine. On her poor showing in the Quickfire Challenge, she says, "I don't want to dwell on it. I don't want to come off as sour grapes. I'm going to get past the rough chopped onions, I mean brunoise onions. I don't want to talk about it anymore." She did want to discuss Top Chef host Padma Lakshmi, who didn't see the Miami in Andrea's Elimination Challenge entrée, which paired pork with chorizo potato gnocchi, calabaza and orange gremolata: "I'm going to call out Padma because she didn't get the Miami in my dish. Perhaps I should have made blackened mahi with mango salsa."
