You just spent Christmas Day opening presents, and instead of that sweet MacBook you wanted, your parents got you a Dell, a poor person’s PC. Why do they hate you so much? Don't they understand the status symbol of a Mac evokes greatness as you pretend to write the next great American novel at your neighborhood Starbucks?

After a few tears and a “I wish I was never born” later, take your ungrateful self to the Vagabond for Wreck the Halls: An Indie Kinda Xmas. Drown your sorrows with $2 Pabst Blue Ribbon or Rolling Rock, because nothing says “indie cred” like cheap — and cheaply made — beer. Find comfort that the Vagabond's Friday-night resident DJs Alex Caso, Ray Milian, Mike Deuce, Lolo, Danny Ashe, Carmel Ophir, and others will be there sacrificing their holidays to make up for your crappy family gathering.

Drink up, downtown hipster, because this is as good as it's going to get. And merry effin’ Xmas to all! The party starts at 10 p.m. It’s free before 11 p.m., $5 after.
