The Bakehouse Art Complex (BAC) is at the heart of Wynwood's artistic soul. At this artistic space extraordinaire, they're all about giving a platform to emerging and mid-career artists across the 305. It's a one-stop shop of sorts, with galleries, exhibition space and lots of opportunities for artists to grow. The sprawling grounds of the BAC also serves as an event venue, and there's always something happening here, from classes to receptions to concerts to fundraisers. Visitors can check out their 70 studios, two galleries, project room, classroom, print room, photo lab, ceramic kiln area, woodworking and welding areas - and get a glimpse at the work of a whole host of artists across every genre imaginable. It's hard to imagine what Wynwood was like without it.
