Once again, Ocean Drive was closed off to traffic for the Urban Beach Week revelers in town over the Memorial Day weekend. The controversial gathering still has the city scrambling on how to best handle it. While there were arrests this weekend, for the most part, the crowd was just looking to enjoy the balmy weather and some cold drinks.
