With any outdoor event, weather can be a factor. That didn't stop a couple hundred Mooncake concert goers from showing up and dancing in the rain on Saturday. The event took place at the North Beach Bandshell with live performances by festival creators, Afrobeta, and local support by The State Of, Raffa, Laura of Miami and more.
