Parsnips and cauliflower on a pizza? Yes, and they're absolutely delicious when served as part of the wood-roasted assortment of vegetables atop Spartico's wood-fired pizza. The pie arrives golden brown, with a crisp and tasty crust. Sweet vegetables, reminiscent of a fall bounty, mingle with savory olives and just the right ratio of fresh mozzarella cheese. The pizza is then topped with a garden of mache. Drizzle some EVOO (there's a can on each table) to make the flavors really pop.
