If you're lucky, you might catch a glimpse of a 54-year-old nipple at a Madonna concert. Ass, however, is going to cost you extra.

Performing in front of a sold-out crowd at New York City's Madison Square Garden, the Material Girl added stripping to her list of NSFW moments when she flashed some "naked ass for Hurricane Sandy victims," according to E! Online.

Encouraging concertgoers to donate funds towards Sandy relief efforts, Madonna told fans, "If you are going to look at the crack of my ass, you better raise some cash."

We totally dig Madonna's unorthodox approach to fundraising. In fact, we even made some e-fliers to help her spread the word about Sandy relief. Check 'em out after the cut.
