Seed Food & Wine 2019: No Meat Necessary at the Plant-Based Burger Battle

Seed Food & Wine's fifth-annual Plant-Based Burger Battle consumed the Miami Design District's Jungle Plaza Thursday, November 7, with a spread of 12 plant-based burgers for patrons to try. This year's selection included plates from local favorites Plant Miami, USBS, and Sergios, who delivered a Cuban take on the Beyond Burger, as well as visiting restaurants Shoulk from Washington D.C., Meta Burger Denver, Vegan Fine Foods, Stash House Market, and SunflowerFamily USA.
