The 27th-Annual Shelley Novak Awards at Las Rosas

On Saturday, February 29, the 27th-annual Shelley Novak Awards celebrated Miami's drag community at Las Rosas. In addition to handing out trophies for Best Drag and Best Emcee, Shelley Novak honored prominent members of Miami's LGBTQ+ community like Herb Sosa and Pioneer Winter. Noel Leon, Athena Dion, and DJ Jody McDonald were also given this year's Lifetime Achievement Award. Photography by Carina Mask.
