On Sunday, January 5, headbangers from across the country gathered at Virginia Key Beach Park for a Heavy Metal Beach Party. The chilly day was warmed up with performances by Paladin, Soulburner, Cell, Solemn Vision, Cyber Strike, and others. The beachside bash also served as the unofficial preparty to the 70000 Tons of Metal cruise sailing out of Fort Lauderdale. Photography by George Martinez.
