Baker's Dozen at the Wynwood Yard. Saturday, 13 local vendors and pastry chefs will go head-to-head at the Wynwood Yard's Baker's Dozen, where they will dish out their most delicious dessert in hopes of gaining the most votes and winning a temporary pop-up at the Yard. Priced at $10 per person, the event will offer attendees generous samples from each of the 13 bakers. Guests will vote for their favorite, and the shop with the most votes will win a pop-up at the Yard, joining Santo Dulce,
Ugly Sweater Bar Crawl at Fado Irish Pub. The second-annual Ugly Sweater Bar Crawl is set to hit five Brickell hot spots this weekend. Participating bars include Fado Irish Pub (where you register), Blackbird Ordinary, Baru
Croquetas y Cerveza at MIA Beer Company. Homemade goodness and chilled brews are on the menu at MIA Beer Company's Croquetas y Cerveza. MIA's suds will help you wash down warm, doughy, and crisp croquetas fried by some of South Florida's best restaurants, including Dos Croquetas and Masa Craft 305. Pups & Pints at Concrete Beach Brewery. Take Fido and Fluffy to brunch at Concrete Beach Brewery's monthly Pups & Pints this Sunday. Expect canine and human fare from local vendors, as well as beer, music, and other dog-friendly pop-up shops. Plus, this month's edition will include a morning session of Puppy Yoga, where adoptable puppies will romp among participating yogis. Bad Santa Brunch at Tap 42. Swing by any Tap 42 location, including Coral Gables, Midtown, and Aventura, for the restaurant's annual Bad Santa Brunch on Sunday. Enjoy favorites like the chicken and waffles; the hangover sandwich with avocado, a sunny-side-up egg, hash browns, and truffle aioli on a toasted challah bun; and the chocolate banana French toast drizzled with warm maple syrup and powdered sugar. Ugly Sweater Brunch at Bagatelle. Sunday, the diner who wears the ugliest sweater to Bagatelle's weekly brunch party will win a bottle of champagne. Expect a lineup of the restaurant's signature plates, including the lobster croissant, the duck confit Benedict, and the Bagatelle burger, topped with bacon, grilled onion compote, aged cheddar, and a sunny-side-up egg.
