Calling all club rats: You can soon live above two of Miami's most iconic clubs, should you feel the need to spend more time on the dance floor.

This is not an ecstasy-fueled dream. Two E11even-branded 65-story, fully furnished residential towers developed by E11even Partners and PMG are coming to downtown Miami's Park West neighborhood. The towers will leave residents steps away from the legendary nightclub and neighboring Club Space

E11even Club Hotel and Residences, scheduled to be completed in 2025, will offer 449 fully furnished luxury residences, a casino-style sports lounge featuring a large LED video wall with stadium-style seating, the Chopra Spa and Studio, and the E11even Day Club and pool on the 11th floor of the building. The day club will be a 20,000-square-foot, ultra-modern multi-level venue with cabanas overlooking the Miami skyline.

The residences, which include a membership package featuring exclusive beach, day pool, and ultra club access, range from studios to two-bedroom units with a limited penthouse collection and two presidential suites.

"Residents can expect the same sounds and theatrical artistry E11even is famous for," the website says of the new day club.

The second tower, E11even Club Residences Beyond, is even more luxurious. While residents of this tower will have access to the amenities next door, their building features more premium features like a private rooftop helipad (pending FAA approval, of course), the E11even Beyond Members Social Club, E11even executive office suites and workspaces, and a 93-foot resort-style pool with private lounge areas. The building, set to be finished in 2026, will offer an additional 461 residences.

According to a Zillow listing, a two-bedroom unit is available for a cool $1.65 million. Act quickly because, according to a spokesperson, the first tower is sold out and the second is on its way to the same fate.

As construction continues on the massive towers, the development caught the attention of the r/Miami subreddit.
Building Apartments on top of Club Space & E11even is nuts

"Building apartments on top of Club Space and E11even is nuts," a Miamian wrote on Reddit. "Who's actually living here? "Imagine coming home after a 12-hour shift at Jackson Memorial, just trying to go to bed — meanwhile, there's a guy in a fur coat and no shirt screaming in your lobby."

A user responded, "Miami isn't for regular people, only for celebrities, CEOs, and russian oligarchs.

One user added, "THIS! My friend's father bought two penthouses just to have. They also provide you with 'Founders Passes' for free VIP entrances to E11even."

"Oh yeah, endless supply of potential mates, just bring them upstairs!" another quipped.

"Doesn't get more Miami than that," a comment reads.

"Literally some GTA ass shit," one user observed.

If you want to spend every waking hour at Space or E11even, this is the place for you!
