Educating our students on the importance of physical autonomy by bringing cardio, strength, flexibility, balance & coordination across all our aerial and suspension training and mobility programs in order to live a life without pain or limitations.
We are a semi-private studio of 15 people max per class in order to bring a personal training experience to each of our students.
All we ask is that you show up physically and mentally, and, most importantly, never give up.
Some of our programs are AntiGravity Suspension Fitness & Aerial Yoga Program, TRX, ONNIT
Suspension Training and Steel Mace Exercises, Acro-Yoga and monthly workshops and events.
