Be sure to ask for the small "Chinese" menu — it yields authentic goodies such as kung pao frog's legs. Steamed whole flounder and Maine lobster — plus dishes such as stir-fried rice noodles stocked with seafood such as shrimp, scallops, squid, and lobster — are big enough for four to share, as is the terrific hot-and-sour soup.
