This sleek South Beach eatery in the refurbished Avalon Hotel combines minimalist decor with topnotch cuisine. The menu makes use of local sea bounty and is influenced by Asian and Caribbean cooking styles. Look for signature dishes such as bang bang shrimp (jumbos marinated in curry and served with mint-tinged yogurt) and the fish of the day. Homemade espresso ice cream provides a kick for dessert.
