Remember when the reality TV phenomena was just hitting the scene back in the early 2000s? There was a group of adults surviving on an island, plus those seven strangers still living in a house -- and then MTV did something no one had really seen before: brought a real family to the small screen. And not just your normal mom, dad and 2.5 kids -- The Osbourne clan. Let's be honest: Since our behind-the-scenes peek at Ozzy, Sharon, Jack, and Kelly, television has never been the same.

Fast-forward to today, and the Osbourne kids are stars in their own right. Jack's a movie producer, producing a film on his father entitled God Bless Ozzy Osbourne. And Miss Kelly is a bona fide starlet. From modeling for Madonna's clothing line Material Girl to co-hosting Fashion Police with the likes of Joan Rivers, the girl has turned her life around.

After our interview with her backstage at the Badgely Mishka show at New York Fashion Week, we didn't just want to keep picking her brain; we just wanted to grab a drink with her and talk clothes.

Cultist: Do you love coming to fashion week?
Kelly Osbourne: It's so much fun. To be able to be one of the first people to see a new collection, it's a girls dream.

It has to be kind of intense with all the paparazzi.
The first fashion week was. I didn't know what to expect or what it was like. I wasn't really prepared for all the photographers and journalists. Everyone has questions or needs pictures and you quickly learn how to say no.

You have amazing style. Do you pay attention to trends?
I don't follow trends. I just kind of wear what I like.

You look great. Are people still asking about the weight loss?
Yes. The weight thing is a bit old now. Move on, you know?

You and Joan Rivers seem to be BFFs.
We aren't lying when we say we all really like each other. When she strutted herself down that runway, I almost pissed myself. She is so funny. She is so professional. She is the grandmother I never had. I love her so much. I would do anything for her.

What's the funniest thing she has ever said?
"My face lift is so tight I can douche out of my mouth."

I have no idea how you keep it together around her.
Well, when we did the Grammy special, we had to stop for 15 minutes because I couldn't even make eye contact with her.

What about your parents, Sharon and Ozzy?
Everyone is amazing.

And your brother Jack is engaged with a baby on the way, right?
Yes. I couldn't be more excited--you have no idea. I have to call before I buy any more stuff for the baby because he made me promise I wouldn't spoil the baby. But, that's not going to happen.
