Looking ahead to 2026, that forward momentum feels especially swift. From a water park on the site of a historic Miami Beach hotel to an eco-tourism adventure park inside Miami Freedom Park and two new performance venues, here are ten anticipated attractions expected to open in Miami in 2026.

An icon of Miami Beach is stepping into a new era. The Delano Miami Beach is undergoing a renovation that promises to refresh guest rooms and public spaces while honoring the property’s cultural legacy. Slated to reopen in 2026, bookings are now being accepted for March 8 and beyond.
Fontainebleau Miami Beach Water Park
Fontainebleau’s proposed outdoor water park and pool deck expansion has sparked equal parts excitement and concern. Plans outline a sprawling aquatic experience that would significantly expand the historic Miami Beach resort’s footprint. At the same time, community pushback has raised questions about certain aspects of the project, making it one of the most closely watched developments heading into 2026.

From the Heart to the Hands: Dolce & Gabbana at ICA Miami
Opening February 6 and running through June 14, 2026, this major ICA Miami exhibition explores Dolce & Gabbana’s world through more than 300 archival and new pieces. Immersive displays will connect viewers to fashion history, Italian design and culture, craftsmanship, and contemporary art, making it one of the institution’s most ambitious exhibitions to date.

Grotto Baths in Wynwood
Wynwood’s wellness scene continues to expand with Grotto Baths, a concept centered on communal bathing and sensory relaxation. Designed to feel immersive and social rather than totally clinical, the space reflects Miami’s growing interest in wellness experiences that double as design-driven destinations.
JAM Arena at Casino Miami
The historic Miami Jai Alai venue will be reborn as JAM Arena, a 1,500-seat entertainment space inside Casino Miami. Expected to open in February 2026, the renovated venue will host sports events, live music, comedy, and cultural programming, all set against the backdrop of a jai alai court. The reinvestment coincides with the site’s centennial and marks a new chapter for the local landmark.

Miami Freedom Park
This 131-acre development includes more than just Inter Miami CF’s new stadium. Once the site is complete, it will offer more than 1 million square feet of dining, retail, entertainment, and office space, plus 750 hotel rooms. Add the 58-acre Jorge Mas Canosa Park, the city’s largest new public green space in generations, and the project becomes a true year-round destination rather than a single-use complex. The first Inter Miami game is slated for April 4, 2026, but clearly, Miami Freedom Park will be about way more than just soccer.
Midline in Wynwood
Midline brings a new level of intention to Miami’s live music scene. The 10,000-square-foot, two-level venue next to the Arlo Hotel has a 1,200-person capacity, aiming to deliver a premium live performance experience in the heart of Wynwood. Among its first confirmed shows are Hawthorne Heights on January 21 and Neko Case on the 31st.
Restaurant Openings
Among Miami’s most anticipated 2026 restaurant openings, Seia opens in February atop the 830 Brickell tower, pairing contemporary Italian cuisine from a Michelin-starred team with a private membership club and sweeping views. Downtown, Canadian favorite Cactus Club Cafe brings its elevated everyday dining concept to Biscayne Boulevard inside a two-level space. In Coral Gables, Buccan expands its South Florida footprint into a new neighborhood.

Superhuman Museum on Lincoln Road
Lincoln Road continues to pivot toward experiential attractions, and the forthcoming Superhuman Museum fits squarely into that shift. Designed as an interactive exploration of human potential, the museum, set to open inside the former Regal South Beach building, promises to blend art, science, and spectacle in a hands-on format. While details remain sparse, its presence reinforces Lincoln Road’s evolution into a destination for immersive experiences rather than traditional retail.
Toroverde at Miami Freedom Park
Global adventure brand Toroverde is opening its first continental U.S. location in Miami. The 24,000-square-foot adventure park at Miami Freedom Park will feature high-thrill attractions designed for all ages, bringing eco-tourism into an otherwise urban setting. Known internationally for zip lines and adrenaline-driven experiences, Toroverde’s arrival suggests Freedom Park is aiming to be as playful as it is ambitious.
