Las Vegas Cuban Cuisine

This is the first of two Miami locations in the Vilarino family's Broward empire. The menu is comprehensively Cuban and a good value. Vaca frita is flavorful, accented with raw onions and a squeeze of lime juice, as are pork roasted with spices and chicken sautéed with garlic. Black beans are on the sweet, savory side, and croquetas are as crisp as a new bill.
