This year's parade will start along A1A at Riomar Street and travel south to SE Fifth Street, culminating with a rally at Fort Lauderdale Beach Park.

Parade attendees may want to pack an umbrella because National Weather Service meteorologists forecast a 25 percent chance of rain in Fort Lauderdale on Sunday, with temperatures in the upper 80s.Heavy rain and lightning last year did little to deter more than 200,000 people from attending the parade.
Drivers should expect heavy traffic heading downtown on Sunday, according to the city. The city doesn't have planned street closures for most of downtown, but drivers should expect heavy pedestrian and vehicle traffic.
The city advises downtown visitors to expect limited parking and long walks to the event site. To get closer, officials recommend using the water taxi or ride-share services. Broward County Transit will offer continuous loop service to the event site from 8 a.m. to noon, and then back to parking facilities between 2 and 4:30 p.m.
