Each year, New Times puts together a list of the sketchiest politicians, unholiest celebrities, and weirdest human beings to call the Magic City home. So who made the filthy cut this year? We’re releasing the names one by one ahead of next week’s issue, which comes with a full-page illustration of the dynamic dozen.

This was the year of Kat Stacks: a bubble-bosomed Tootsie’s stripper turned pin cushion for the Miami entertainment world.

But unlike other groupies, Stacks uses her sex appeal for self-promotion. Her videos and Twitter messages detailing sexual escapades with rappers from Lil Wayne to Bow Wow are truly viral (as in rinse off after watching or reading them).

Like a WikiLeaks for the hip hop industry, Stacks has exposed many rappers as petty chauvinists who toss around money and women in their daily lives like they do in their music videos. Also like Julian Assange, she implausibly claims that shadowy agents are trying to kill her for revealing too much.

We’re thankful for you. Are you thankful for us?

We feel thankful for our staff and for the privilege of fulfilling our mission to be an unparalleled source of information and insight in Miami. We’re aiming to raise $30,000 by December 31, so we can continue covering what matters most to this community.

$30,000

But instead of rising above the muck, Stacks seems happy to wollow in it. She delights in belittling the men she’s slept with (and it’s a long list). And when New Times tried to interview the leggy raconteur, her manager demanded money.

Ultimately, Stacks is less about blowing whistles than blowing… um… minds with her x-rated tweets. And that’s why she is on our Dirty Dozen list for 2010.

Previous dirty denizens of Miami for 2010 include:

Jennifer Lopez
Rick Scott
Carlos Alvarez and Norman Braman
Bill Parcells
George Alan Rekers
Jeffrey Loria
Capri Anderson
