Pizza lovers, rejoice: Miami Slice, the viral New York-style pizza shop famous for its long lines and award-winning pies, has officially popped up in Key Biscayne.

For now, there's no need to brave downtown's tight parking scene or plan a pizza pilgrimage. Instead, you can snag a slice at Flour & Weirdoughs' back bar every Wednesday through Sunday from 5 to 10 p.m.

Miami Slice announced the pop-up six days ago on Instagram, sending fans into a frenzy of anticipation. The news has shocked Miami's pizza community to its core, with Reels gaining thousands of views.

How Can I Get My Hands on Miami Slice in the Key?

The setup is simple — no pre-orders, no reservations.

Starting at 5 p.m., just head to the side entrance of Flour & Weirdoughs, place your order at the counter, and wait for your slice of happiness.

A Miami Legend For a New York Slice

Miami Slice has made waves since its humble beginnings as a pop-up in La Latina's kitchen back in 2019.

With its artisan, New York-style thin crusts, bubbling cheese, and over-the-top toppings (think hot honey and creamy stracciatella), it's no surprise it recently ranked No. 5 on 50 Top Pizza's list of best pizza slices in the U.S.

Oh, and did we mention it was named New Times' Best Pizza of 2024?

The move to Key Biscayne might be a temporary one (no one's saying how long this will last), but for those who've struggled to score a slice downtown, this is a golden opportunity.

Whether you're a local or just nearby, it's worth stopping by — because two locations mean double the chance to grab one of the most coveted pizzas in Miami.
