Iron Fork 2015: Here's the Complete List of Participating Restaurants

On Thursday, the time has finally come for New Times Iron Fork 2015/Miami Spice kickoff, presented by the Miami Downtown Development Authority, an epic evening of food, fun, and drink at the Hyatt Regency Miami. The evening is jam packed with food and fun and will feature an epic chefs' battle between MC Kitchen's Dena Marino and Finka Table and Tap's Eileen Andrade.

If that's not enough, there's the new Shuck It competition. Five of Miami's best seafood houses — Mignonette, J&G Grill, Lure Fishbar, the Oceanaire Seafood Room, and the much-anticipated Izzy's — will each send its fastest oyster shucker onstage for a rapid-fire competition to determine who can shuck the most oysters in a set amount of time.

But, the main attraction is the food. Glorious food will be served from nearly 100 of Miami's best restaurants, many of them previewing menu items from the upcoming Miami Spice program, which launches August 1. Here's the complete list of Iron Fork's participating restaurants:
