Claudie has opened in Brickell along Brickell Avenue, where it features a lovely French-Mediterranean menu, an elegant dining room, and a high-energy vibe reminiscent of the South of France. Menu highlights include table-side gazpacho, pâtes au caviar, classic escargots, and more.
The restaurant is deeply personal for Riviera Dining Group's CEO and founder, Gregory Galy. Inspired by his childhood in the village of Mougins, where his father has served as mayor for decades, Galy wanted to bring a piece of his heritage to Miami.
"Mougins is a remarkable place, celebrated for its seamless blend of artistry and Michelin-starred cuisine while epitomizing a way of life centered on slow living, effortless sophistication, and an inherent appreciation for beauty and culture," Galy says.
At the heart of Claudie's appeal is its menu, which highlights fresh ingredients inspired by the sun-drenched shores of the French Riviera.
Helmed by chef Michaël Michaelidis, whose Michelin-starred background includes roles at Le Louis XV-Alain Ducasse and Joël Robuchon restaurants, the menu is built around what the restaurant’s team refers to as "la cuisine du soleil," or "the cuisine of the sun," incorporating vibrant vegetables, fresh seafood, and seasonal flavors.
Signature dishes include a table-side gazpacho served with a vodka twist — a reimagined version of the classic Bloody Mary — alongside a decadent "Pâtes Aax Langoustes" that features lobster in a luxurious presentation. Other indulgent options include truffle toupie macaroni, escargots, steak and fries, and a crustacés seafood tower. "At Claudie, under the leadership of chef Michaelidis, we are dedicated to offering an elevated culinary experience that embodies our unwavering commitment to excellence," Galy says.
