Lights out and away we go to the 2025 Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix campus, where Miami's top chefs and favorite local talents return to the Miami International Autodrome. The action-packed race weekend takes place May 2 through May 4 at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens.

It's the fourth year Miami has welcomed the sport into the city, turning Hard Rock Stadium into a beacon of its eclectic food scene. As the number of racing fans grows, so do the on-campus offerings. "We have more than 65 local and international restaurants on campus this year, which is the most we’ve ever had," Tyler Epp, President of the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, tells New Times. "These aren't just any run-of-the-mill eateries either. They're some of the most popular restaurants in Miami, such as Bondi Sushi, Eataly, Fabel, Zuma, Ossobuco, and Miami Slice. These top restaurants are featured throughout the entire campus so that every ticketholder can access them, with several incredible options near their ticketed area."

This year, returning favorites are joining new vendors and chefs across its vast and diverse campus, which Epp says is what he loves the most about the Miami Grand Prix. "If you look at our campus map, it kind of looks a little bit like a Disney map with all the different zones and areas of campus to explore."

The track spans 3.363 miles, but the campus goes beyond the track, divided into eight zones. Below, we dive into each race zone.

New Restaurants Join the Lineup

At The Fountains, racing fans can find two newcomers to the area and campus: Fabel Miami, an exclusive social club known for exquisite dining and vibrant nightlife, and Miami's favorite pizza spot, Miami Slice.

Moving to the North Campus, newcomer Bondi Sushi and Michelin Guide-recommended Ossobuco are foodie highlights. The Beach, just a short walk away, features Cuban cuisine from Havana 1957, dinner classics from Cafe Americano, and Mexican dishes from Oh! Mexico.

Returning James Beard Award-winning chef Michael Schwartz will bring the celebrated Amara at Paraiso to West Campus. The Miami staple is joined by Chef Karla Hoyos' Tacotomia and multiple James Beard Award semi-finalist Chef JosĂ© MendĂn’s Pubbelly Sushi returns. MendĂn's acclaimed restaurants, Casa Isola and Osteria, will also feature in the premium hospitality area, the Vista Club at Turn 1.

Across the stadium, East Campus will house Salty Donuts and Italian marketplace Eataly. The latter will soon open inside of Aventura Mall and will then make its debut in West Palm Beach’s CityPlace. Inside the stadium, Zuma Miami brings Japanese izakaya dining to the event for the first time.

Epic Cocktails, Brews, and More

Of course, while foodies have ample options, the libations lineup this year is just as exciting. The East zone will offer great options for drinks, including Decoy wine bar with pours like the Decoy Sauvignon Blanc or Decoy Featherweight Chard by the glass or bottle. Cocktail lovers can head to the three-story Hendrick’s Bar for refreshing gin sips, including cucumber lemonade or the "Strawberry Sundance." True Red Bull fans can stop by the Red Bull Apollo bar to get the energy up.

Cerveceria La Tropical, a beloved part of Miami's craft brewing scene, is the best stop for a cold one at the Fountains to cool off the Miami heat. In the same zone, Glenfiddich Bar will be the go-to for whisky-based cocktails such as the "Chicane Churro" or the "Apex Mule."

2025 also marks the fourth year of the Community Restaurant Program, with an increase to 15 local vendors — 67 percent female-owned — featured trackside. "One of my favorite parts of the food and beverage experience is the integration of our community restaurant program," says Epps. "These are local vendors, many of them food trucks, that have the opportunity to serve their food and grow their small business at a global event like the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix. We are featuring 15 of them this year, more than ever before, and they will serve a range of dishes from Southern comfort food to Haitian cuisine and hibachi."

Authentic neighborhood flavors include favorites like Soulfly Chicken, Reggae Beets, Food Junkies on Wheels, and La Vela Coffee Roasters. With so many options on campus, this year's Miami Grand Prix is set to be a race fan's foodie dream.
