A New York jury on Monday found Miami luxury real estate brokers Oren, Tal, and their brother, Alon Alexander, guilty of sex trafficking.

Prosecutors alleged twin brothers Oren and Alon Alexander used a vast network to coordinate the sexual assault of several women. Before the allegations, Oren and Tal Alexander had made a name for themselves in the luxury real estate business, peddling high-end properties in New York, Miami, and Los Angeles. Prosecutors argued the brothers used that prominence to lure women and then drug and sexually abuse them.

According to a separate but related complaint filed in South Florida by Tiffany Marina Rodriguez (attached at the end of this story), the brothers allegedly lured women from local clubs and luxury hotels — including Basement Miami and the Miami Beach Edition — as well as Douglas Elliman Real Estate and Kent Security Services, owned by Orly and Shlomi Alexander (the brothers’ parents).

The brothers stood trial in the Southern District of New York on federal charges of conspiracy to commit sex trafficking and sex trafficking of two victims by force, fraud, or coercion. At least a dozen women have come forward with sexual assault claims against the brothers since their federal indictment in December 2024. Though they were convicted today, they have repeatedly denied any wrongdoing. Their sentencing is scheduled for August 6.

Their New York defense attorneys argued the brothers’ sexual encounters were consensual and that their sometimes “obnoxious” behavior “doesn’t constitute a crime,” according to CBS News.

The Alexander Brothers and the Epstein Files

The brothers’ troubles may not end with these legal battles — their names appeared in the most recent release of the Jeffrey Epstein files.

In January, the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) released 3.5 million pages in compliance with the Epstein Files Transparency Act. New Times identified at least three different instances across two files that name the Alexander brothers.

In one document, which no longer exists on the DOJ’s website, the Child Exploitation Human Trafficking Task Force, a branch of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), appears to summarize complaints made against notable individuals, including President Donald Trump, former President Bill Clinton, Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, and the Alexander brothers.

The complaint describes a 16-year-old girl who, “while modeling,” went to eight parties at Epstein’s New York residence and reported that she was sexually assaulted by Epstein on one of those occasions.

“On another occasion, two twin brothers. Allen [sic] and Oren, lured caller and her friend upstairs but they escaped back downstairs,” the complaint reads. “Caller stated Oren raped her best friend, and a third brother, Tal, raped a 14-year-old girl named [name redacted]. Caller named other individuals involved in ‘big orgy parties’ with her, other young girls, and older Victoria’s Secret models, including Bill Clinton and Donald Trump.”

This is a breaking story and will be updated as events warrant.
