In far-off exotic lands like Paris, France, or Miami’s C-9 basin, horse meat is an always delicious, sometimes illegal culinary treat.
But in places like London, England, or Midtown’s Electric Pickle, it’s just a cheeky euphemism that makes disco lovers wanna dance till they’re all soaked in sweat and winnying like a brood mare at the peak of her estrous cycle.
Over the weekend, Brit DJs James Hillard, Severino, Luke Howard, and Jim Stanton (AKA Horse Meat Disco) rode that pony all night at the Pickle to a four-on-the-floor beat.
