The Best Miami Art Week 2024 Parties

In the name of art, let's party.

As if we needed another reason for everyone to descend on the 305 at the peak of snowbird season, Miami Art Week is again upon us. Beyond whatever this year's version of a duct-taped banana to splurge on and galleries upon galleries to peruse, it remains the week of the year to get out and have a good time.

Amid super-exclusive, private events, there are plenty of ticketed and open-to-the-public parties to attend. For this list, New Times is highlighting the parties anyone can get into — just make sure to RSVP and snag tickets.

Hugel, Themba, and Others at Hyde Beach

Things kick off Wednesday, December 4, with the Art of the Future showcase with jams from Julian OK, Sasha Goat, and DJEN. During the rest of the week, you can catch Themba (December 5), Fatboy Slim (December 6) and Hugel (December 7). NLE Choppa, 50 Cent, and Sukihana close things out on Sunday, December 8, during the Creators Inc. event. Factory Basel

Where does one even begin with all the dance-music goodness going down at Factory Town? December 5-8 is the sweet spot, with the Link Miami Rebels party on December 6 being a highlight. Party-starter Fisher headlines alongside Paco Osuna and Blond:ish. The latest Elrow experience promises a Hallucinarium theme to close things out on Sunday, December 8, with Hugel, Tina Gessler, and others on the bill. Tribeca Festival at the Miami Beach Bandshell

Tribeca Festival will again pop up in Miami with film screenings, talks, and live performances. This time, it takes place at the Miami Beach Bandshell December 4-7. On December 5, make sure to catch the 28th-anniversary screening of The Birdcage with a Palace Bar drag queen show takeover. Other highlights include a performance by Miami-bred, Los Angeles-based indie-pop duo Magdalena Bay on December 6 and a Q&A convo with songstress Camila Cabello on December 7. The Art of Nightlife at E11even

E11even will be a haven for the arty party crowds who don't want to stop partying at sunrise. Thankfully, the 24/7 venue has a packed schedule, with acts like 50 Cent (December 5), Steve Aoki (December 6), Lil Wayne (December 7), and Gordo (December 8) headlining throughout the week. If you want to spot the celebs in town for Art Week, this is probably the best place to be. John Summit, DJ Khaled, Diplo, and Others at LIV

With residencies at LIV's Las Vegas and Miami Beach locations, John Summit is commanding the decks of two of the biggest nightclubs in the country. The "Where You Are" hitmaker's latest stop will be in the 305 on December 7. Other big names throughout the week include Diplo (December 5), DJ Khaled (December 6), and Lil Wayne (December 8). Resistance at M2

Can't wait until March for Ultra Music Festival? You can get a dose of it at M2 on Saturday, December 7. Although there's a new Italian restaurant in Miami every other day, you don't get to catch the ever-charged, techno-bumpin' Italian duo Mind Against as often. SXM Festival at Tala Beach

One of the hippest electronic festivals in the Caribbean is landing on our shores for the first time. SXM Festival, which goes down in Saint Martin each March, takes over Tala Beach at 1 Hotel South Beach on Saturday, December 7, for 11 hours of jams. Poolsuite and Vacation's Corporate Disco at ZeyZey

Retro, modern-funk vibes will abound at ZeyZey on December 7. There's a dress code for this one to further emphasize the ambiance — 1986 corporate chic. So bring a classic blazer, some satin, and some energy.
