$10,000

The theme at yesterday’s Street Food Fridays at the Arsht Center was Flamenco Friday in honor of the performing art center’s upcoming Flamenco Festival. There was music, flamenco dancers and tables set up as local business people, tourists and locals all enjoyed the food and atmosphere.

Eighteen food trucks participated in the roundup including Dim Ssam a Gogo, Gastropod, the Mexzican Gourmet, the Rolling Stove, Latin Burger & Taco, Burger Beast (with special guest Shake Shack) and Sugar Rush. Most of the trucks got into the Flamenco vibe by offering special “Flamenco-inspired” dishes.
