Bored Cuban, the NFT-inspired Cuban fast-casual concept, is now open at 5812 Sunset Dr., marking the brand’s third location and its first in South Miami. The restaurant officially celebrates with a ribbon-cutting and cafecito toast on March 5, 2026, at 3:05 p.m., alongside South Miami leaders for 305 Day. Buccan, the famed Palm Beach restaurant and its cult-favorite Buccan Sandwich Shop, is finally heading to Miami with a new location opening this spring at 100 Miracle Mile in Coral Gables. Canta Corazón, a popular Mexican restaurant and bar, will open its first U.S. location in Wynwood this March at 250 NW 24th St. The venue is designed to feel like a lively Mexican hacienda, complete with terracotta walls, mariachi performances, and full-room sing-alongs that keep the energy going late into the night. Riviera Dining Group will debut Casa Neos Lounge and the members-only Casa Neos MM rooftop on March 5, expanding the 30,000-square-foot riverfront destination into a multi-level nightlife experience on the Miami River. The third-floor lounge opens nightly with dinner service, then transitions into a late-night scene with DJs and elevated bottle service. Fuku – Opening March 11
Chef David Chang’s cult-favorite fried chicken concept Fuku will open its first permanent South Florida location on March 11 at 135 Miracle Mile in Coral Gables. The fast-casual restaurant is best known for its viral fried chicken sandwiches, including the OG Sando with pickles and Fuku mayo and a sweet-and-spicy version glazed in the brand’s signature sauce. Seia, a contemporary Italian restaurant and private members’ club, will open atop 830 Brickell in March 2026 with sweeping views of Biscayne Bay and the city skyline.
