Quality Meats and its Mexican neighbor, Taquiza, will host a backyard barbecue featuring a Florida heritage pig. Enjoy a four-course meal prepared by Taquiza’s Steve Santana and Quality Meats’ executive chef, Patrick Rebholz. The two will prepare and smoke a whole pig and offer additional dishes such as jamón and cheese, barbecue baked beans, and queso mac. The evening begins at 7 p.m. and costs $60 per person.
